Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and complete with all included parts and packaging where possible.

Please contact support@asukale.com before sending anything back and include your order number and photos when relevant.

If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, we will provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. We process refunds without undue delay and normally within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
