Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday; no shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking numbers are provided immediately after the order leaves the fulfillment center.

Shipping time depends on the destination and the weight of the ordered products.

Multi-item orders:

If you order multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping to 26 European countries (Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Greece, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Romania, Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus):

Free shipping applies to these 26 European countries.

United States: Free shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. territories, or military bases; shipping costs for these locations are determined by the carrier. Free shipping applies to all other regions.

All orders destined for locations outside the contiguous United States are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

Please note that we do not offer international shipping to other regions.
